Certificates & Warranty
A Quality Assurance System has been established by MINSH. Should any defects, malfunction or incorrectly supplied items be found and confirmed by us, the claim will be compensated in accordance with the terms and conditions below.
Limit of Warranty
In the event that the part is defective we will first attempt to replace it. If a replacement cannot be sent, we will issue a refund for the total sale amount.
Exception of Warranty
We cannot investigate a part whose appearance has been intentionally or carelessly altered. Warranty does not cover incorrect installation or maintenance, disasters or accidents, or cases where the purchase source cannot be identified.
Procedure of Claim for Compensation
Whenever a claim occurs, please remove the part in question, keep it carefully and send it back to us immediately for examination and investigation.
